OUR SERVICES
Alfred Henry advises companies on the admission process and the listing requirements, describes the advantages and disadvantages of an IPO and, if appropriate, suggests other routes for growth.
Pre-IPO, Alfred Henry introduces the most appropriate advisors and broker/angel investors to the opportunity – its strength is its independence from any advisors or finance providers.
