ALFRED HENRY CORPORATE FINANCE

ABOUT US

Since our incorporation in 1996 and the early days of the Ofex market, Alfred Henry Corporate Finance has advised companies on the admission process and the listing requirements, described the advantages and disadvantages of an IPO and, if appropriate, suggested other routes for growth. We will co-ordinate the admission, provide advice on timing and strategy and ensure all the advisors working on the transaction are doing so in a cost-effective and timely fashion.

Alfred Henry Corporate Finance’s growth has allowed us to expand our offering to include listing companies on the London Stock Exchange, AQSE (formerly NEX), the Cyprus Stock Exchange and the Irish Stock Exchange.

Once admitted, we continue to provide support and advice and stay in regular contact with our clients. This helps us to maintain an understanding of the business, allowing us to provide a quality service and appropriate guidance with respect to the regulatory environment.

Paul FoyCEO of RentGuarantor Holdings PLC

Taking my company public was a monumental step and it was paramount to find the right corporate advisor for this journey. From the initial planning stages, the team at Alfred Henry immersed itself in my business, understood my vision and made the IPO process feel like a shared journey – not just a transaction. For any company contemplating an IPO, I wholeheartedly recommend Alfred Henry. In Alfred Henry we found a trusted advisor every step of the way.

Raja W. AbuljebainEssentially Group PLC

Alfred Henry was instrumental in guiding Hydrogen Utopia International PLC (HUI) on its journey from a privately owned start-up renewables company to a publicly listed entity. HUI listed first on the Aquis Stock Exchange and then, less than a year later, in 2023, on the London Stock Exchange. Alfred Henry’s expertise and experience in meeting all regulatory requirements contributed to a timely listing in both instances. We are delighted to work with Nick and Maya again on an anticipated acquisition of another company to ensure a long-term funding source for HUI. Nick and Maya’s continued insightful advice on any ad hoc issues that arise is invaluable.

Aleksandra BinkowskaCEO of Hydrogen Utopia International PLC

Alfred Henry ensured that the listing process on the LSE ran as smoothly as possible. They successfully navigated us through all the hurdles until a listing was achieved. They continue to guide us through the challenges that come with being a listed company and they are a pleasure to deal with.
