The Irish Stock Exchange operates four main markets – the Main Securities Market for listing debt, shares, funds and exchange traded funds (ETFs); the Global Exchange Market (GEM) for debt and the Enterprise Securities Market and the Atlantic Securities Market (ASM) for companies raising equity.
Since the Brexit referendum, GEM has become an attractive location for UK companies seeking to list their securities in a jurisdiction which is both close to the UK and also within the European Union. GEM’s benefits include an efficient listing process and competitive fees.
We recently listed a £100 million bond programme on Euronext Dublin.
